Willow Park Academy is a mission-driven ABA organization serving children and families across Connecticut. We were intentionally built to prioritize ethical practice, meaningful clinical involvement, and long-term sustainability—for both families and clinicians.

This role is designed for BCBAs who value quality over volume, professional judgment, and genuine collaboration with families and team members.

Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) at Willow Park Academy play a central role in assessment, treatment planning, supervision, and family collaboration. BCBAs are trusted as clinicians and supported with realistic expectations, protected clinical time, and accessible leadership.

This is not a high-volume, quota-driven role. Our model is built to allow BCBAs to do thoughtful, meaningful work and to practice ethically.

• Conducting comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Developing and overseeing individualized, data-driven treatment plans
• Providing consistent, hands-on supervision and mentorship to ABA Therapists
• Collaborating closely with families, caregivers, and school teams 
• Reviewing data regularly and making clinical adjustments as needed
• Participating in clinical discussions, problem-solving, and ongoing learning

Administrative burden is intentionally minimized so BCBAs can focus on clinical care, supervision, and family partnership.

At Willow Park Academy, BCBAs are not expected to carry excessive caseloads or meet rigid productivity quotas. We prioritize:

• Meaningful, face-to-face BCBA involvement
• Clinical judgment and ethical decision-making
• Time for assessment, supervision, and collaboration
• Accessible leadership and open communication

• BCBA certification in good standing
• Licensed or license-eligible in Connecticut
