Willow Park Academy provides individualized, in-home ABA services for children and families across Connecticut. We are committed to creating an environment where ABA Therapists are supported, trained, and valued—not rushed or left on their own.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children and interested in developing strong clinical skills in a thoughtful, learning-focused setting.

ABA Tech/Behavioral Tech provide direct, one-on-one services to children under the supervision of a BCBA. Therapists are an essential part of each child’s care team and are supported through structured onboarding, ongoing supervision, and clear expectations.

We are thoughtful and selective in who we bring onto our team, prioritizing professionalism, reliability, and a genuine interest in learning.

• Implementing individualized ABA treatment plans
• Collecting accurate and meaningful data
• Working directly with children in their home and community environments
• Participating in regular supervision and coaching with a BCBA
• Collaborating with families and clinical team members
• Supporting skill development and positive behavior change
   

ABA Tech/Behavioral Tech at Willow Park Academy receive:

We are committed to helping therapists grow both professionally and personally.

• Experience working with children preferred
• RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong professionalism, reliability, and communication skills
• Interest in learning and long-term growth in ABA
