Role Overview

As an ABA Tech or Behavior Technician, you will deliver direct, one-on-one ABA services to children under the supervision of a BCBA. Behavioral Technicians are essential members of each child’s care team, receiving structured onboarding, ongoing supervision, and clear expectations.

We carefully select our team members, prioritizing professionalism, reliability, and a genuine interest in learning.

What This Role Looks Like Day-to-Day

- Implementing individualized ABA treatment plans

- Collecting accurate and meaningful data

- Working directly with children in their home and community environments

- Participating in regular supervision and coaching with a BCBA

- Collaborating with families and clinical team members

- Supporting skill development and positive behavior change

Training & Support

As an ABA Tech or Behavioral Technician at Willow Park Academy, you will receive:

Qualifications

- Experience working with children preferred

- RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
